Street Superior Festival 2019

The ask:
This year's Street Superior Festival brought the action with a bigger-than-ever mix of vintage threads, streetwear, toys, music, art, customisation workshops and sneakers. Held at *SCAPE, it was a weekend of kick-ass sneaks and subcultures that gave sneaker-heads and the street-minded community much to rave about.

Thus, the ask was to create hype and awareness for the 2nd return of Street Superior Festival.

The solution:
To create a vibrant key visual to be displayed as OOH banners at the festival's location to attract local sneaker-heads, especially the female crowd as Street Superior expands its male-centric target audience

This year's visual pays homage to the 'Superior hypebaes’ to create hype among the female sneaker-head community. Inspired by the strong iconic female characters from the Archie comics (Betty, Veronica and Cheryl), this year's key visual mixes vintage with a twist of hypebeast. The visual also features a few sneaker brands that are Street Superior's main sponsors: Vans and Mizuno.

Social Media

Street Superior reposted the key visual on their social media platforms (IG & Fb) to create hype around the event.
